How is CNA training delivered, and what is required after the course?
Winder CNA Training answer
The four-weekend course includes self-paced online coursework plus required in-person lab and clinical skills training. Graduates must separately pass both portions of the Credentia-administered Georgia Nurse Aide Competency Exam to be listed on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry. Exam and retest fees are separate from tuition.
Medication Aide

Who is eligible for Georgia Medication Aide training, and what is the format?
Winder CNA Training answer
Students must be at least 18 and hold a current Georgia CNA license. The $350 course includes self-paced online coursework plus two required in-person training days with clinical hours. Students must also satisfy current state, employer, and facility requirements that apply to Medication Aide practice.
Basic Life Support (CPR)

Which BLS credential is offered, and what does the course require?
Winder CNA Training answer
Students may choose American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider training based on what their employer or school accepts. The standard $80 course takes approximately four hours and includes required hands-on, in-person practice. A $50 HeartCode skills session is available for students who already completed the required AHA online portion.
