What You’ll Learn
Our Medication Aide program combines self-paced online coursework with two required in-person training days and clinical hours. Students learn medication administration procedures, dosage calculations, medication interactions, and documentation requirements under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.

- The Medication Aide cohort includes two required in-person training days with clinical hours.
- Students also complete self-paced online coursework by the deadlines shown on the selected cohort calendar.

Tuition & Additional Costs
Total program price: $350.
- Standard Medication Aide tuition is $350 and covers course instruction plus required hands-on training.
- Eligible employees of participating ADD's LTC Pharmacy facility customers use the partner registration pathway and pay a $69 registration fee. A valid facility registration code is required.
FlexPay™: This program has one three-week option. Pay $116.67 when you register, then make two more weekly payments in the myLaunchpad™ Student Portal. No interest. No credit check.
ADD's LTC Pharmacy customer registration
Eligible employees of participating ADD's LTC Pharmacy facility customers pay a $69 registration fee. A valid facility registration code is required; students who are not eligible for the partner pathway use the standard $350 enrollment option.
