There are no prerequisites for the Home Health Aide Training Program

The state of Georgia does not license Home Health Aides (HHAs). However, Winder CNA Training is an authorized training provider of NCCT (National Center for Competency Testing) and NAHP (National Association for Health Professionals). Students who complete the Home Health Aide Training Program may choose to take a certification exam through these organizations to enhance their credentials and career prospects.

The Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Program is a 3-week comprehensive course designed to prepare students to provide compassionate, effective care in home-based settings. The Home Health Aide Training Program curriculum is based off the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services HHA Standards.
