How is CNA training delivered, and what is required after the course?

The four-weekend course includes self-paced online coursework plus required in-person lab and clinical skills training. Graduates must separately pass both portions of the Credentia-administered Georgia Nurse Aide Competency Exam to be listed on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry. Exam and retest fees are separate from tuition.

Students must be at least 18 and hold a current Georgia CNA license. The $350 course includes self-paced online coursework plus two required in-person training days with clinical hours. Students must also satisfy current state, employer, and facility requirements that apply to Medication Aide practice.

The three-week, 75-hour curriculum includes 45 hours of scheduled live online lecture calls through Microsoft Teams and 30 in-person lab hours. Georgia does not license Home Health Aides. Optional NCCT or NAHP certification is separate; the optional NCCT exam is currently $70 and is not included in tuition.
