Medical Assistant Training Program

  1. Retention Rate
    Each year, 60% or more of students who begin our program progress past the designated trigger course or formal admission point and remain actively enrolled through completion.
  2. Job Placement Rate
    At least 60% of our graduates obtain employment in medical assisting or a related healthcare field, continue their education, or enter military service each year.
  3. Graduate Survey Response Rate
    Each year, we achieve a minimum of 30% participation from graduates completing our graduate surveys—ensuring community feedback and continuous program improvement.
  4. Employer Survey Sent Rate
    Threshold: 100%
    All employers of graduates hired as medical assistants or in a related field receive a satisfaction survey.

  5. Employer Satisfaction Rate
    Threshold: ≥80%
    At least 80% of employers report satisfaction with our graduates, based on a standardized survey.

  6. Credentialing Exam Participation Rate
    Threshold: ≥30%
    At least 30% of graduates participate in a national credentialing exam such as CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), NCMA (NCCT), CCMA (NHA), or CMAC (AMCA).

  7. Credentialing Exam Passage Rate
    Threshold: ≥60%
    At least 60% of graduates who attempt a national credentialing exam pass.
