That’s why we’ve created GaCertified™ Course Bundles — thoughtfully designed packages that give you access to the tools, resources, and support you need to feel confident and prepared from day one to certification.
We know finances can be a barrier — that’s why we offer flexible payment plans for all GaCertified™ Bundles. You can choose to split your bundle into manageable payments, just like our courses. No credit check required.

1. Bundle Structure & Voucher Validity
•GaCertified™ Course Bundles function similarly to gift cards: you pre-purchase a set of courses at a discounted rate.
•Each bundle includes course vouchers valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
•Courses must be registered and started within this 12-month window.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not follow Winder CNA Training’s standard individual course refund policy.
2. Cancellations & Refund Exception
•While no monetary refunds will be issued for bundle purchases, Winder CNA Training will honor your right to withdraw under the state-mandated refund window.
•If withdrawal is requested within the timeframe outlined in the standard refund policy, the voucher will be reactivated for future use (one time only).
•The voucher will retain its original expiration date — no extensions will be granted beyond the 12-month period.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
•Students must complete separate registrations for each course included in the bundle.
•Course availability is on a first-come, first-served basis — early scheduling is strongly recommended.
•A reschedule request must be submitted at least 7 business days before the course start date to avoid forfeiture of that course voucher.
4. Substitutions & Exchanges
•Bundled course selections are locked in at the time of purchase.
•Courses cannot be swapped, exchanged, or substituted for other programs or services.
5. Program Requirements
•Each course in the bundle maintains its own set of admissions requirements, attendance policies, and certification eligibility criteria.
•Successful completion of one course in a bundle does not guarantee enrollment or success in another.
