Winder CNA Training is an authorized fingerprinting site through IDEMIA/IdentoGO, the official vendor contracted by the State of Georgia to process fingerprint-based background checks for healthcare workers, long-term care employees, and licensed professionals.
All fingerprinting for healthcare-related positions in Georgia must be submitted through the GCHEXS (Georgia Criminal History and Employee Exchange System) portal, which is managed by the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH). Before scheduling your fingerprinting appointment with IdentoGO, your employer or training provider must initiate your background check request through the GCHEXS system.

1.Schedule Your Appointment:
All appointments must be scheduled directly through Idemia’s platform. You can visit the IdentoGO Georgia Candidate Site at https://ga.state.identogo.com/ata to set up your fingerprinting appointment.
2.Manage Your Appointment:
Any changes or updates to your appointment, including rescheduling or cancellations, must also be managed through Idemia’s website. Winder CNA Training does not handle appointment scheduling or changes.
3.Arrive at Our Location:
Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, simply arrive at the Winder CNA Training Fieldprint Idemia Site at your designated time. Be sure to bring any required documentation specified by Idemia.
